Since inception, SWL Consultants has provided ongoing services to Transport Canada, Canadian Coast Guard and the Department of Fisheries and Oceans.
We have provided designs and design modifications for passenger tour boats, trash recovery vessels, and general purpose work boats. SWL Consultants is equipped to conduct incline tests and perform intact and damage stability assessments using specialized software. Stability books can be produced to meet Transport Canada Marine Safety TP 7301, TP1332, IMO, ABYC and ISO standards.
We are recognized by Transport Canada Marine Safety as a provider of naval architectural services to the commercial marine operations sector. We are currently assisting several commercial ship operators to bring them into compliance with the Small Vessel Monitoring & Inspection Program.
